How to File an Injury Claim

It is our goal to make the recovery process as smooth as possible for you and your family.

If you or anyone in your family has been injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident, contact the claim centre closest to your home. If you are out of province and are injured, contact 1-800-667-8015.

An injury representative will be assigned to you and will contact you to gather information about your injury, explain exactly what will happen during the injury claim process and advise you of the benefits you are entitled to receive.

You will be required to complete an application for benefits form. Your doctor, physiotherapist or chiropractor must indicate the cause and nature of your injuries. Further reports may be required from your caregiver throughout your injury claim.
