If you're looking for an alternative to filing your auto claim over the phone, eClaim is designed with you in mind.

Hours of availability for the SGI Auto eClaim are:

Monday - Friday - 4:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Saturday - 4:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Sunday - Noon - 11:30 p.m.

Please don't use this feature if you're filing an injury claim or a claim where damage only occurred to your vehicle's glass caused by objects thrown or falling from another vehicle. Filing these claims is a different process requiring different information.
