SGI Reminds After Work Drinkers
to “Always Plan a Safe Ride Home”
SGI is launching a new television and radio ad campaign to remind Saskatchewan motorists to plan a safe ride home after drinking. The campaign is entitled “Work Hard-Play Hard.”
After a long day of work, many of us enjoy taking a break by relaxing with friends and enjoying a cold beverage or two before heading home. Unfortunately, all too often drivers make the decision to get into their vehicle and drive after drinking. SGI’s new commercial reminds viewers that even after just a few drinks, the right decision is to not drive at all. Call a cab, choose a designated driver or call a sober friend or family member to get you home safely.
The new commercial will run for the month of May on radio and television in prime viewing and listening timeslots. On television it will rotate through the upcoming season finales of most of your favourite primetime television programs. It will run again for four weeks in September.
